Our services are available to all clients regardless of gender or identity. We reserve the right to refuse service where it is in the interest of health, safety, or the comfort of our staff and other clients.

Appointments & Bookings

Appointments are booked through Fresha, our third-party booking provider. By booking, you agree to Fresha's terms of service and cancellation policy in addition to ours. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee as outlined at the time of booking.

Health & Safety

Please inform our team of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before receiving treatment. Some services may not be suitable for all clients; our team will advise you accordingly.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Bella's Studio and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Bella's Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services, except where prohibited by law.
